Event ticket policy:
All ticket sales are final. Except in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, there will be no refunds or exchanges on ticket sales. When an event is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will receive a refund equal to the face value of the ticket. When an event is rescheduled, the ticket purchaser has five (5) business days from the announcement of the rescheduling to request a refund of the face value of the ticket by forwarding the copy of evidence of sale (i.e ., email receipt) to bno@sinpr.com.
